Privacy Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

Dogear is a reading app. It does not collect, store or share any personal information, and it has no accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking.

Your books

Books you import or share to Dogear are copied into the app's own storage on your iPhone and never leave it. Your reading position and settings are stored on your iPhone too. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases

Dogear Pro is bought through Apple's App Store. Apple handles the payment; Dogear only learns whether Pro is unlocked, and never sees your name or payment details.

Children

Dogear collects no information from anyone, including children.
